The Kompound Pixel runs on merchants’ storefronts, not on our own website. It reads the consent decision recorded by the merchant’s own consent banner and stores nothing on a shopper’s device where consent was declined or could not be read. It is governed by the merchant’s privacy policy and our Data Processing Addendum.
Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent banner on first visit; analytics and support cookies are set only if you accept. You can change your decision at any time from the cookie settings link in the website footer. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are set on your first visit and you may opt out the same way.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Instructions are in your browser’s help pages. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the application.
If you deny analytics or support cookies the website and application continue to work; we simply learn less about how they are used and the support chat may not remember your conversation. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to stay signed in.
